SmartDigital provides a platform for users to post jobs, offer independent services, and manage professional portfolios. We act solely as a facilitator connecting clients with service providers.

3. User Conduct and Moderation

Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the site, render the site inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the site or its content. Our moderation team reserves the right to hide or delete inappropriate content, issue official warnings, and suspend or permanently ban accounts engaging in fraudulent activity.

4. Company Verification

Companies wishing to display a "Verified" badge must submit accurate legal documentation (Business Registration, Tax ID). SmartDigital reserves the right to reject verifications that appear altered or falsified.

5. Limitation of Liability

SmartDigital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
